Ingredient
- 5 tablespoon Olive-oil
- 1 large potato
- 2 Carrots
- 1 large Onion
- 4 tablespoon Pickle Juice
- Pickle as per your taste
- 3 tablespoons of Pickle
- 2 teaspoon flour
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 ½ of vegetable stock
Instructions
- Take a large pot and add oil to it. Heat the oil for some time.
- When the oil gets heated, then add carrots and onions into it. Cook the vegetables for 9 minutes until they become soft.
- Now, add Dill pickles and cook for 2 more minutes. Then shift all the vegetables into another container with the help of a spoon.
- In the same pot, add chicken stock. Now, add diced potatoes into it. Let them boil for 10 minutes. Keep on stirring during the boiling.
- Now, combine coconut milk, flour, and pickle juice into the small bowl. In a pot, add cooked vegetables and flour mixture. Boil the soup until potatoes are cooked nicely.
- Now, add the salt and black pepper. Mix everything well. Once the soup becomes thick, turn off the stock.
