- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. Rice wine

- 1 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- ½ tbsp. Vegan Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. Basil leaves
- 1 Eggplant
