What is in the book
Trish spent years running award-winning juice bars and collected recipes everywhere she went, so most of them come with the place that prompted them. The Life Saver came from Bondi, and it is named after the colour of the caps the surf lifesavers wear.
The recipes are short. Four or five ingredients is typical, all of it ordinary supermarket produce, and the method is usually one or two lines. There is nothing in here that needs a specialist shop or a cupboard full of powders.

Fair enough. The Life Saver is on the site in full, with the method, the timings and the questions people usually ask. If you like the look of that one, the rest of the collection reads the same way.
